MARKETING MANAGER
ROLE OVERVIEW…
We’re looking for a strategic, driven and creative Marketing
Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. Our brand is growing
quickly and we’ve recently opened a new office in Lewes, East
Sussex, where this role will be based. The role will play a crucial part
in helping to take Skin & Tonic to the next level with the ideal
candidate being highly skilled, having sector experience and sharing
our passion for beauty, wellness and sustainability.

Skin & Tonic is an eco skincare and selfcare brand offering everyday
tonics designed to nourish the skin, body and mind. Since our
launch in 2015, we’ve placed sustainability, wellbeing and self-
kindness at the heart of everything we do. Our mindful formulations
are packed full of powerful, results-led ingredients that impact how
you look and how you feel.

We have an informal, inclusive and flexible culture – our Lewes office
is located next to a nature reserve at the foot of the South Downs.
It’s just a 5-minute walk from the mainline train station with direct
links to Central London (60 minutes) and Brighton (15 minutes).

A BIT MORE ABOUT THE ROLE…
Reporting to the Founder and Creative Director, responsibilities will
include (but are not limited to):
Working with the senior team to define and implement Skin &
Tonic’s marketing strategy across all relevant channels:
paid/owned/earned social, email, digital partnerships, PR and
retail activation (digital and brick and mortar)
Managing external media agencies across paid, email and PR.
Managing one direct report, the Social Media & Content
Executive, and supporting them with strategic and creative
sign off.
Owning and managing a marketing and content budget by
utilising data learnings to drive efficiency and optimisation.
Meeting core business KPIs as provided by the senior team.
Providing detailed reporting and presentation packs for both
internal and external stakeholders across digital and trade.
Understanding and developing Skin & Tonic’s tone of voice
and aesthetic across multiple touch points.

Your experience:
4+ years experience working in Marketing or Brand
Management (within Beauty/Wellness).
Proven record of successful digital campaign
implementation.
Experience in creative and media agency management.
2+ years experience managing direct reports.
Proven experience creating, activating and analysing
Social Media content.

Your qualifications and required systems:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (ideally in a related field).
Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace.
Proficient Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Confident with Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics.
Competent knowledge of Facebook Business Manager
and Facebook Native Insights.
