STRATEGIC CONSULTANCY With a deep understanding of every beauty category, our highly experienced team create and implement long term vision and strategy, develop new brands from concept to launch, plan and execute market entry strategies and conduct commercial due diligence. COUNTRY MANAGEMENT The Red Tree knows the beauty industry inside out and partners international brands as their UK Country Manager. We provide business development and account management, implement marketing and commercial activity and quickly become the brand’s dedicated partner in the UK and Europe. We manage some of the best brands around and have listed client brands in Space NK, Harvey Nichols, Harrods, Net-a-Porter, John Lewis, Selfridges, Marks & Spencer, The Hut Group, Feelunique, Boots, Superdrug, Cult Beauty and QVC. THE ROLE To strengthen our team, we are seeking a self-motivated, creative individual with strong digital marketing experience to lead our digital services. The role is critical in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space for our global client base of beauty brands, as well as covering the implementation and successful running of digital channels for The Red Tree. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Working closely with our experienced team of professionals you will take the lead role on developing & delivering digital strategy – for both our clients’ and The Red Tree’s digital channels Creating and implementing social media strategies to achieve agreed communication objectives Provide artistic direction for content creation Develop and implement campaigns that drive customer acquisition, direct-to-consumer sales and engagement Presenting and explaining strategies to clients in a professional and authoritative manner Use analytics to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals In addition to managing our client’s social media accounts, you will be required to manage the implementation of specialist skills such as paid advertising, i.e. Google Ads, paid social media; SEO practices and keyword analysis; email marketing and content creation. The implementation of some or all of these skills may involve external agencies however preference will be given to candidates who can also implement many of the skills mentioned above. We will work with candidates to create a training plan to help support and grow skills within digital marketing if required. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years’ experience managing digital channels Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal following across social media outlets by generating unique and relevant content for that environment Good knowledge of social media platforms including advertising Good copy-writing skills Experience of working with social media reporting tools Strong analytical knowledge, turning data into engaging content Experience using social media monitoring and scheduling platforms Consumer awareness – quick to understand a brand’s audience Graphic design editing – InDesign / Photoshop Extensive knowledge of current and emerging digital channels Excellent written, verbal and numeracy skills Great communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team Enthusiastic and ambitious with a can-do attitude Experience working within the beauty industry is preferred but not essential OUR BENEFITS: Friendly, open working culture with plenty of opportunity for development Training available to enhance skills within the role as required Open-minded company, welcoming thoughts and ideas Hybrid working – from home and our office located in a business members club in Central London 4pm finish every Friday Laptop provided Free beauty product samples NEXT STEPS: Please send a cover letter and your CV to Michelle.
