We are partnered with a pioneering and exciting, women’s health company based in Canada. We’re looking for a driven and experienced sales leader to join their team as Senior Director of Sales. This role demands a proactive leader who can inspire and manage a high-performing sales team while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Reporting to the company President, the Senior Director of sales is responsible for refining and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve profitable goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and refine sales strategies to align with business goals and market opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to market growth.
Analyse sales metrics and performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
Maintain and build relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within a similar industry.
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
