Reporting to the company President, the Senior Director Of Marketing is responsible for leading the marketing department to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and market penetration


Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental and company objectives.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet target KPIs.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and sales strategies.
Enhance brand visibility and reputation through effective PR and media relations.
Utilise digital marketing tools and platforms to drive engagement and conversion.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted marketing efforts.


– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
– Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
– Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
– Excellent leadership and team management skills.
– Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and marketing automation tools.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
