They’re looking for a Product Development Executive to support their product pipeline and help bring bold beauty concepts to market. Reporting to the Senior NPD Manager, you’ll be instrumental in launching new collections and refining their existing lines across several brand platforms.

This role blends creativity with precision—you’ll be juggling multiple projects, liaising with internal departments and international suppliers, and ensuring our product launches run smoothly from concept to shelf.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage multiple product development initiatives at once, overseeing each stage from concept to final delivery.
Take ownership of critical paths, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget, while communicating any risks or delays to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with design, supply chain, marketing and commercial teams to bring ideas to life in line with brand objectives.
Monitor beauty industry trends and competitor activity, transforming insights into commercially viable product concepts.
Draft comprehensive product briefs and ensure all technical details are accurate and up to date.
Support packaging and artwork processes, reviewing files and ensuring legal and compliance checks are in place.
Build and maintain positive relationships with manufacturers across Europe and Asia, ensuring clear communication of product specs and development timelines.
Stay on top of regulatory requirements, helping manage documentation for safety assessments, compliance testing, and global market readiness.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience in a product development or NPD role, ideally within beauty or personal care.
A sound understanding of cosmetic ingredients, product formulations, and how they work together.
Experience managing timelines and coordinating multiple stakeholders on complex projects.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data, product specs and documentation efficiently.
Clear, confident communication skills—comfortable working with internal teams and external suppliers alike.
Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and handle shifting priorities with a positive attitude.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) to track progress and present ideas.
