We are currently recruiting for a talented and driven Marketing Manager to lead the international marketing efforts for an American beauty brand within the professional salon channel across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. They’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of the international professional channel across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. This role focuses on growing brand presence and engagement within salons and through distribution partners, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. It’s ideal for someone with strong experience in professional beauty marketing, a strategic mindset, and a talent for building relationships in diverse markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & ExecutionÂ
Develop and deliver marketing plans that align with global brand direction and local market needs.
Lead campaign development for product launches, promotions, and professional education initiatives tailored to salon professionals and distributors.
Identify market trends and gaps, using insights to shape proactive marketing approaches.
Trade Marketing & Channel SupportÂ
Create compelling sales materials and marketing toolkits for use by international sales teams and distributor partners.
Build strong working relationships with key distributors, serving as their day-to-day marketing contact.
Plan and implement trade marketing programmes, including in-salon promotions, salon merchandising, and loyalty schemes.
Ensure the brand is well-represented at international industry events and trade shows.
Insights, Budgeting & ReportingÂ
Monitor sales performance, competitor activity, and market dynamics across regions.
Evaluate the impact of marketing activity and provide clear reporting on campaign outcomes.
Manage the professional channel marketing budget, including co-investment with selected distributors.
Collaboration Across TeamsÂ
Support the development and roll-out of professional training and education programmes, working alongside the education team and international trainers.
Collaborate with brand, product, PR, and digital teams to ensure joined-up marketing across all touchpoints.
Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure product readiness for professional launches and promotions.
REQUIREMENTS
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Prior marketing experience, including experience in the professional beauty or salon industry.
Strong knowledge of the professional haircare landscape, including salon operations and distributor models.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across regions and cultures.
Confident analysing data and drawing insights to inform decision-making.
Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese) are highly beneficial.
Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20–30%).
