Reporting to the Head of Digital the CRM Manager will be at the forefront of developing and implementing Global CRM strategies aimed at enhancing engagement, retention, and loyalty within the customer base. Leveraging data-driven insights, you’ll orchestrate targeted marketing campaigns, optimise customer communications, and cultivate lasting relationships with our valued clientele.

Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty across all channels, crafting and implementing robust email/SMS marketing strategies to engage subscribers and drive conversions. 
Plan, create, and execute targeted email/SMS campaigns, including newsletters and promotions. Utilise customer data to segment audiences and tailor personalised messaging for enhanced engagement. 
Analyse and optimize the customer journey to improve touchpoints and increase effectiveness. Develop automated workflows and drip campaigns to deliver timely and relevant communications. 
Conduct A/B tests to optimize email/SMS content and maximize performance. 
Oversee the CRM system and database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations. Monitor and analyse key email/SMS metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 
Develop strategies to expand and retain email/SMS subscriber lists and increase engagement. 
Collaborate cross-functionally to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.
Proven experience in CRM, email/SMS marketing management, and marketing automation. 
Proficiency with CRM marketing and loyalty platforms, as well as marketing automation tools. 
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting. 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality. 
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
