We have a new position available for a CRM & Retention Lead to join a thriving health and beauty brand with a clean and ethical approach. Based in London, the aim of the role is to drive results across the whole customer base to support customer revenue growth and to improve repeat business rates. We are looking for someone with strong experience in data-led insights ideally within beauty/ecommerce/lifestyle as well as automation marketing and loyalty management experience.

Responsibilities:

·         Inspire and influence teams to drive brand growth

·         Develop an effective CRM Strategy and take ownership of driving and implementing it into the business.

·         Implement CRM and loyalty plans ensuring wider teams are using where necessary

·         Using CRM channels and related plans, drive customer loyalty and repeat rates

·         Create exciting initiatives in order to grow customer revenue

·         Compile reports for customer insights and performance reviews in order to highlight improvements and deliver the best possible results

·         Control the email planner working with wider teams to ensure brand and marketing activities are completed on time.

·         Work with creative teams to ensure retention-led and branded content are delivered on time

 

Experience:

·         Successful experience growing customer revenue growth by working with data-led insights

·         Ideally experience within beauty, ecommerce, lifestyle.

·         Email automation marketing and loyalty management experience

·         A confident, influential leader comfortable working on long-term, strategic plans and analysing in- depth data
