Website Veblen International

Veblen is searching for an experienced National/International Account Executive to join our client based in London. Well established in the luxury fragrance industry, our global client sells their products in leading department stores such as Harrods and Selfridges. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role managing retail and/or distribution partners in either the UK or internationally, luxury brand experience is also required in either beauty of fashion.

  • Generate accurate yearly financial forecasts for customers and present weekly updates to the Global Sales Director.
  • Oversee the whole business plan process for customers.
  • For each brand, create an annual promotion plan
  • Agree promotional and core forecasting with demand teams
  • Review NPD and promotional activity and share with the business
  • Confidently negotiate with clients to ensure the best offer is taken.
  • Agree all new listings with buyers
  • Create and manage relationships with customer forecasting and supply teams
  • Attend monthly demand reviews with demand planner
  • Work in collaboration with the Sales Operations teams to ensure the best service is provided.
  • Provide quick and efficient sign off and forecast of income and promotional rebates with finance
  • Support the Senior National Account manager on their accounts
  • Basic admin duties
