We are exclusively recruiting for a well-established privately owned niche fragrance brand, boasting a cult following they have a passionate, entrepreneurial, and creative culture. We are looking for an experienced digital marketing profile to join their team as Paid Media & Partnerships Manager.

Our client is a pioneering company in the fragrance industry, celebrated for its minimalist and innovative approach to perfumery.

The brand’s philosophy focuses on showcasing the unique qualities of certain scent elements that are often understated in traditional fragrances.

Reporting to the Head of Global Digital, the Paid Media & Partnerships Manager, will be pivotal in developing and executing global paid media campaigns across various digital channels. Additionally, you’ll establish strategic partnerships to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions, playing a crucial role in optimising paid media investments and leveraging partnership opportunities to achieve business objectives.


Paid Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies, including PPC, display advertising, paid social, affiliates and other digital advertising channels, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

● Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns and feeds to maximise ROI, reach, and engagement, while adhering to budget and performance targets.
● Media Buying & Optimisation: Identify and negotiate media buying opportunities, performance.
● Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with relevant brands, publishers and platforms to expand brand reach and leverage co-marketing opportunities.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of paid media campaigns and partnerships.
● Agency Management: Manage third party PPC, Paid Social and Affiliate agencies.
● Creative Development: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional assets that resonate with target audiences and drive desired actions.
● Performance Measurement & Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics and KPIs for paid media campaigns and partnerships, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
● Budget Management: Manage paid media budgets, allocations, and forecasting to maximise return on investment and drive efficient use of resources.
● Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media and partnership marketing, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.


● Proven experience of paid media management, digital advertising, and partnership
development, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
● Expertise in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads
Manager, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels.
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and metrics tracking.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain
relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
● Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business
growth through paid media and partnerships.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
