We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager with 12/18 month of experience in marketing, brand development/management with a passion for fragrances, premium brands of the selective distribution and trends. Job Description · Lead execution of innovation projects: launch of new fragrances, from fragrance selection to artwork/design lead and partner with cross-functional team to deliver OTIF. · Brilliantly execute comms for product launches · Be the person to be for everything social in the brand · Consumer trends studies and market analysis to define new concepts and positioning, future launches, and marketing campaign performance · Supporting on taking strategies into brilliantly executed plans that consistently beat the competition and gain share · Identify and partner with agencies to deliver breakthrough concepts, comms and assets · Support on operational tasks such as budget tracking · Work closely with our key markets (distributors, local marketing team) · Execute the launch strategy (360° platform) with our agencies, that will lead the visual execution and message across all levers activated · Track campaign performance against KPI · Be able to priorities jobs/tasks with very challenging and hectic timelines, coordinating marketing activities (internal & external) · Help in the preparation of key meetings: presentations, products/prototypes, fragrance lab samples, displays · Bond with the licensor and keep nurturing the relationship · Be passionate about the brand, the path it is going through and be ready to make a difference · Have positive energy and attitude into finding new opportunities and solutions quickly The Successful Applicant: · Graduate level with ideally business / marketing related degree, existing Beauty/Fragrance experience is ideal · Eager learner and with a ‘can do’ attitude · Self-motivated and organised with obsession for details. · Good numeracy and analytical skills. (incl, ppt, excel) · Solid project management and communication skills · Creative · Have a clear understanding of all media and digital channels · The ability to create excellent working relationships (both internal and external) · Excellent communication and presentation skills · Energetic with positive mind-set, willing to roll up the sleeves when needed and push the brand forward to follow the vision. · Digital savvy, incl issuing social media trends · Customer relationship coordination · Ability to speak / understand French is a plus Please note, remote working in this role is not possible, once offices are able to re-open you will be expected to be full-time at HQ.
