General Manager – DtC Luxury Beauty

My client, a luxury beauty business based in the heart of the City are looking for a very special senior person to join and lead their team.

As General Manager you will take the reins and be responsible for driving excellent performance across all Omni-channels; E-Commerce, B2B Distribution as well as Retail/Clinic. With 6 direct reports at manager level, its vital that you ensure the perpetuation of a truly collegiate culture. This is a founder-led business where collaboration and input are valued and company pride exists in abundance.

In terms of the ideal candidate background, it is essential to bring a strong pedigree within luxury/premium consumer brands and an emphasis on eCommerce, DtC & digital marketing growth. Taking ownership of the full P&L, the role will be responsible for the BtB supply chain.

A passion for Skincare is hugely preferred but sectors such as luxury fashion, premium goods or similar maybe considered.
