L’Oréal Professionnel has unveiled its first-ever Global Creative Contributors, introducing a new model of collaboration within the professional hair industry.
Moving beyond the traditional ambassador approach, the initiative brings together a global collective of hairstylists as long-term creative partners who will actively contribute to shaping the future of professional hair. The contributors span a wide range of expertise, including salon, education, editorial, celebrity, backstage and digital, offering a 360-degree perspective on the evolving needs of the industry.

Claire Le Bleis, Global Brand President of L’Oréal Professionnel, said “With the Global Creative Contributors, we partner with the industry’s most innovative and avant-garde talents worldwide – not as ambassadors, but as contributors. As a brand driven by innovation and market-making, our ambition is to explore what’s ahead of the curve and help shape the future of professional hair”
The global roster includes Ben Gregory, Cyndia Harvey, Jacob Habib Khan, Kevin Jacotot, Malcolm Marquez, Brandon Pietsch, Devi Mark, Washington Nunnes, Jack Martin, Jawara Wauchope and Mustafa Yanaz, among others.
UK-based colourist Ben Gregory brings extensive experience across editorial, runway and campaign work, with credits spanning international Vogue editions and luxury fashion houses. His work is recognised for pushing colour as a creative discipline within fashion and beauty.
Also joining the crew is Cyndia Harvey, a London-based hairstylist and Contributing Beauty Editor at Dazed Magazine. Known for her inclusive approach to beauty, Harvey’s career spans salon, editorial and celebrity work, with clients including leading fashion brands and artists.
Together, L’Oréal Professionnel and its Global Creative Contributors will co-develop content, events and professional insights, supported by the brand’s scientific and technological expertise. The initiative aims to translate trends and innovation into practical tools to support hair professionals worldwide.
