Lush has revealed a new look for its store at Bluewater Shopping Centre, doubling the size of its original unit with a retail area of 145 sq metres. The brand’s new retail experience highlights categories of Lush inventions from the 1980s including the shampoo bar and the bath bomb, as well as a section for ethical gifts. The new store also includes a dedicated space for personal and bespoke Lush skincare consultations, with the opportunity for customers to pick up free samples for their summer skincare routine.
Fern Wongsawat, Shop Manager at Lush Bluewater, said: “I hope the new store will create great memories and experiences for all our existing and new customers. The expansion will enhance the customer’s shopping experience making Lush Bluewater a spectacular and exciting shopping destination.”
Danielle Platt, Shop & Space Planning at Lush, said: “At Lush we celebrate the stories that make us and our products and we wanted to create a place customers could explore and indulge in these stories, as well as a place to create their own ones. The new, larger store focuses on bringing people together through spaces to create perfect, personalised gifts for loved ones, throwing a party with friends or meeting our fantastic in-store team.”
The store opening comes after Lush agreed a new 15-year lease for a store on Glasgow’s Buchanan Street, allowing the beauty brand to create a new flagship location.
