Wellness is a central focus at this year’s Beauty Triangle Festival, with an immersive programme designed to help guests reset, recharge and reconnect with body and mind.
A dedicated Wellness Studio will host an all-day schedule of expert-led group sessions, including Mat Pilates with Marsha Lindsay, Breathwork with Jamie Clements, and Sound Healing with ‘the Gong Girl’, Athena Ko. Each session offers a moment of calm and restoration within the Festival experience.
Beyond the main stage, a series of mindful activations invite guests to slow down and explore holistic wellbeing. These include a Nootropic Bar serving functional blends to support focus and clarity, ear-seeding in the Calm Zone for acupuncture-inspired emotional support, and Mindful Headphones, giving access to expert talks from anywhere on site.
New for 2026, The Beauty Triangle Boutique introduces a curated edit of skincare, body care and supplements, alongside hands-on workshops and the opportunity to meet brand founders. Participating brands include Sarah Chapman, MZ Skin, Nuchido and Joonbyrd, with exclusive Festival discounts available.
Tickets cost £70 for a morning or afternoon session, or £130 for full-day access.
