This year, PRAI Beauty, a bestselling targeted skincare brand famous for its cult neck cream, launched its first ever Neck Bar onboard P&O Cruises, Iona in partnership with cruise retail market leaders Harding+. Following on from their retail success at Marks & Spencer’s where the brand offers bespoke ‘Neckcials’ to M&S customers nationwide, PRAI recently launched it’s first Neck Bar within the Iona’s Retail Introduction space. The 3-month trial has led to the Iona and Harding+ Beauty teams being trained in the PRAI experience and are able to offer this service on-going within the store environment.
Cathy Kangas, CEO & Founder of PRAI Beauty says; “We’re thrilled to have offered consumers such a unique experience. The cruise environment is like none other, enabling us to interact with consumers on a much deeper level. We have a completely immersive consumer experience with our Neck Bar onboard the Iona, cementing our position as the bestselling skincare brand on board. I’m extremely proud of our Neck-Xpert team who are all highly trained in Neck Yoga, the importance of targeted neck skincare and how to give a nourishing, unique ‘neckcial’ to our consumers.’
The rollout of further cruise liners forms a part of the beauty brand’s Global expansion plans in 2023. Currently onboard the following ships; Cunard, Oceana, P&O Cruises, Regent Seven Seas, Seabourn, Princess, Marella and Norwegian Cruises for 2023.
Caitlin Allen, Beauty Category Manager at Harding+ says; “The PRAI Beauty neck treatments and neck yoga experience we launched for guests onboard P&O Cruises fitted perfectly with our mission to ‘make every cruise better’. This kind of innovation in beauty marketing is a key area of growth for cruise guests when they have the time and the desire to invest fully into a brand. The feedback we’ve received on this unique experience has been incredibly positive, resulting in a much wider roll out of PRAI Beauty across 2023.”
