We are delighted to share the 2026 CEW Product Demonstration Event Handbook for all brands that have entered the 2026 CEW Beauty Awards and will therefore be demonstrating at the Product Demonstration Event taking place on Thursday, 5th March, at the Business Design Centre.

We urge brands that have entered to read this handbook thoroughly, as there is a lot of important information relating to the day.

All brands that have entered the CEW Beauty Awards must have one demonstrator per entry present at the Product Demonstration Event for the duration of the event from 16:00-19:00 (excluding the Responsible Beauty Award)

• Please note you are not permitted to have more than one demonstrator per category

• Set up will take place between 13:00-15:30 on Thursday, 5th March 2026.

• All set up staff not demonstrating must vacate the premises by 15:30

• Please give the contact details for each of your demonstrators

Demonstrator Stands

The dimensions of the table provided are 3 foot / ½ a 6-foot table (W36” x H27” x D24). You are also given a white cloth for your table, but please feel free to change this if necessary. Please see some images of last year for inspiration on what your stand could look like. Supporting collateral and props may be displayed to support your product entry. This is your chance to showcase your product/brand , so be creative! Generally, we advise against handing out printed collateral, but should you wish to bring leaflets, these must be A5 or smaller and relate specifically to the product entered. Product catalogues and lookbooks are not permitted. Should you wish to follow up with our members after the event, we would recommend collecting business cards/contact information on the day. We do not permit freestanding display units, pop-ups, or posters larger than A4. Video presentations, multi-media or any other technological displays are also not permitted. No exceptions.

Please note:

• Demonstrators do not need to be CEW members.
• Only CEW members are eligible to purchase tickets for the event. If you are a CEW member and wish to attend the event, please purchase a ticket here.
• If you are a demonstrator and have not purchased a ticket you will not be able to take away the product testing bag at the end of the event.
• If you are a demonstrator and have purchased a ticket you will need to man your table at all times but will be able to take away the product testing bag at the end.
