Rebecca Cullen, Senior Beauty Brand Manager at M&S Beauty, has dedicated over 20 years to the Beauty industry across professional and retail sectors, carving out a varied career from retail sales, Spa Therapist, Educator and Brand Manager. Rebecca has been part of the strategic leadership team at M&S Beauty since its launch, managing and growing a multimillion-pound business, increasing market share, and solidifying a respected place in the beauty retail landscape.
Rebecca has navigated over 100 brands through M&S, the UK largest retailer, and supported building of the biggest brands. She believes that showing up with 100% authenticity and being open to collaboration is the key to building strong relationships and partnerships. Acknowledged and recognised by peers in the industry, awarded CEW Member Achiever of the year in 2017, Rebecca now serves on the board of CEW.
