The INKEY List has announced the launch of its latest innovation: the Hydrating Cream-to-Milk Cleanser, designed to gently cleanse without drying or disrupting the skin barrier.
 This new cleanser offers a gentle, non-irritating formula that transforms from cream to milk on contact with water. It aims to effectively remove makeup and impurities while delivering lasting hydration.

5% Rice Milk – known for its conditioning and barrier-supporting properties.

Hyaluronic Acid – delivers up to 24-hour hydration and helps reduce cleansing-related dryness and stress.

PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides – a coconut-derived cleansing agent, selected for its skin-friendly profile.
Free from silicones, non-comedogenic, and suitable for even sensitive skin, the formula has been dermatologically tested and is designed for use morning and evening.
