Sun care brand BEAME has expanded its UV protection portfolio with the launch of two new UPF 50+ facial patches: For Cheeks Sake™ and Head in the Clouds™.
Designed to provide targeted protection for two of the most sun-exposed areas of the face, the ultra-thin patches are intended to sit comfortably on the skin and can be worn under makeup throughout the day.
The launches follow the introduction of BEAME’s Under The Spotlight™ UV Detection Stickers, which indicate when SPF protection begins to fade in UV light.
For Cheeks Sake™ is designed for the cheek area, while Head in the Clouds™ targets the forehead. Both patches combine UPF 50+ UVA and UVB protection with skincare ingredients including 5% niacinamide and madecassoside, which are commonly used in formulations designed to support the skin barrier and soothe the skin.
According to the brand, the patches use UV protection technology incorporated into a breathable polyurethane film and achieved UPF 50+ protection during testing. The products are also dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, vegan, cruelty free, and water- and sweat-resistant.
Head in the Clouds™ contains 10 forehead patches and is available with an RRP of £18.
