Neal’s Yard Remedies has opened a new boutique at Westfield White City, marking another milestone in the British beauty and wellbeing brand’s retail expansion as it celebrates its 45th anniversary.

The new store, is the fourth location to showcase the company’s ‘Store of the Future’ concept, first introduced at its Covent Garden flagship in November 2025. Situated within one of the UK’s busiest shopping destinations, the boutique has been designed to offer customers a more immersive and sensory shopping experience while making the brand’s natural and organic beauty and wellbeing products more accessible.
Created using sustainably sourced materials, the space has been carefully designed to reflect Neal’s Yard Remedies’ commitment to balancing wellbeing with nature. Visitors are welcomed by a preserved oak tree inspired by the brand’s iconic logo, while the interior features its signature blue glass bottles and bespoke ceramic tiles. An apothecary-style aromatherapy wall allows customers to explore essential oils, alongside a dedicated wellbeing consultation area unique to the Westfield White City store, where visitors can receive complimentary one-to-one advice from expert advisors in a private setting.
Anabel Kindersley, CEO and Co-owner of Neal’s Yard Remedies, said:
“Opening in one of the UK’s biggest shopping centres is a significant moment for Neal’s Yard Remedies. It marks the next step in our journey to bring the benefits of natural health and wellbeing to more people, while staying true to the values that have guided us from the very beginning.
Our fourth ‘Store of the Future’ continues to build a network of next-generation boutiques, each designed to bring our natural wellbeing expertise to more customers in more meaningful ways. Opening at Westfield White City reflects that ambition as we continue to reimagine what natural, experiential retail can be.”
To celebrate the launch, Neal’s Yard Remedies is also introducing a series of exclusive in-store aromachology workshops inspired by its new Mood Awakening fragrance collection. During the sessions, visitors will have the opportunity to discover the three new eau de parfums, learn how fragrance can influence mood, and create a bespoke massage oil tailored to their chosen scent and state of mind.
The workshops will be available as intimate drop-in experiences, with customers encouraged to enquire in store for further details. Founded in Covent Garden 45 years ago, Neal’s Yard Remedies has built a reputation for combining natural and organic ingredients with scientific innovation, aromatherapy expertise and traditional apothecary knowledge. Its products continue to be formulated and bottled at the company’s eco-factory in Dorset, reflecting its long-standing commitment to sustainability and transparency.
