Luxury beauty brand Charlotte Tilbury Beauty has officially launched in 31 Boots stores across the UK, marking one of the most significant high street beauty partnerships of the year.
The move brings Charlotte Tilbury’s award-winning makeup, skincare and fragrance collections to a wider audience, responding to strong customer demand and expanding access to the brand in communities that previously had limited opportunities to shop its products in person.
The rollout introduces dedicated Charlotte Tilbury Beauty counters in selected Boots locations, where customers can explore the brand’s bestselling products, receive personalised beauty consultations and book specialist services delivered by trained beauty artists.
Among the products available are some of Charlotte Tilbury’s most recognisable beauty icons, including Magic Cream, Airbrush Flawless Finish and the globally popular Pillow Talk lipstick range. Customers will also have access to a broad selection of shades and formulations designed to cater to a wide range of skin tones, ages and beauty preferences.
The partnership reflects the continued importance of physical retail experiences within the beauty sector, despite the growing influence of social media and online shopping. New consumer research commissioned by Boots and Charlotte Tilbury Beauty found that many shoppers still prefer to experience products firsthand before making a purchase.
According to the study, nearly nine in ten consumers value personalised advice when shopping for beauty products, while a similar proportion prefer to see or test products in-store before buying. The research also revealed that most consumers who discover beauty products online ultimately complete their purchase in a physical store.*
Industry observers say the findings highlight the enduring role of beauty counters and in-person consultations in helping consumers make informed purchasing decisions.
