British beauty technology brand DCYPHER Beauty is bringing its AI-powered shade-matching technology to life once again, with the launch of a new Beauty Concierge pop-up in London’s Covent Garden.
Running from 29 January to 5 March, the six-week activation builds on the brand’s previous in-person roadshow and offers consumers the opportunity to experience DCYPHER’s personalised complexion technology offline. Visitors can receive a bespoke foundation shade created using AI skin scanning, before leaving with a complimentary five-day sample to trial at home.
Alongside DCYPHER Beauty, the pop-up will host a curated line-up of indie, founder-led brands, including RUM, developed by Sali Hughes, Jo Jones and Sam Chapman; Hildun Beauty by Suzy Griffin Dunne; transdermal supplement brand What’s That Patch; Dr Emma Craythorne’s skincare brand Klira; Reeson Beauty by Anne-Marie Lodge (Really Ree); and No 98 Beauty by Lorna Luxe. The space will also host community events, masterclasses, founder meet-ups and panel discussions throughout the residency.
The Beauty Concierge pop-up follows DCYPHER’s Beauty’s Complexion Concierge Roadshow, which toured four UK cities last autumn and marked the first time the brand made its AI technology available to consumers in person. The initiative was positioned as the next stage in bringing what the brand describes as its “world-first personalisation” from digital platforms into physical retail.
