Today, Meagan is one of Australia’s leading beauty entrepreneurs, known for building brands at the intersection of beauty, wellness and lifestyle. As Co-Founder of scalp care disruptor Straand and COO and Co-Owner of certified organic beauty brand Three Warriors, she has a proven track record of identifying emerging consumer shifts before they reach the mainstream.

Before becoming a founder, Meagan developed her expertise across every corner of the beauty ecosystem. She began her career as a makeup artist with MAC Cosmetics before moving into publishing, where she managed beauty partnerships and commercial campaigns across leading titles including Vogue, Elle and Harper’s Bazaar. Working with some of the world’s most influential beauty and luxury brands gave her a unique understanding of how consumers discover, engage with and ultimately purchase products.

Her work today focuses on building purpose-driven brands that resonate with modern consumers, with a strong emphasis on innovation, storytelling and community-led growth.
