Italian fashion house Fendi has announced a fine fragrance collection to its line-up. The seven-piece collection has been created with the perfumers Anne Flipo, Fanny Bal and Quentin Bisch and includes scents such as Perché No, with notes of sandalwood and pink pepper, as well as La Baguette, named after the iconic Fendi bag, with notes of iris and vanilla. The scents are inspired by different members of the Fendi family, as well as by Kim Jones, the fashion house’s artistic director.
“A century after Adele Casagrande and Edoardo Fendi opened their fur and leather goods workshop in Rome, the collection retraces the story of the family and their dedication to creative expression through noble materials, as told by Artistic Directors Kim Jones, Silvia Venturini Fendi, and Delfina Delettrez Fendi, each closely involved throughout the creative process.”
The fragrances will be available in boutiques and the brand’s e-commerce site from 20th June. Fendi has previously offered fragrances in wholesale retail, but this is the first time fragrance will be available to purchase in its own stores.
