British beauty brand indu has launched a 12-month partnership with The BRIT School, aiming to provide opportunities for young people pursuing careers in the creative arts. Known for its skincare designed specifically for teenagers, the brand continues to expand its focus on youth empowerment through this latest initiative.
The Croydon-based performing arts school, recognised for nurturing talent such as Adele, Raye, and Lola Young, offers free education for students aspiring to careers in music, dance, theatre, and the creative industries. Through this collaboration, indu aims to contribute to the school’s mission by providing resources, industry insight, and hands-on experiences.
As part of the partnership, students will have the opportunity to engage with the brand’s creative processes, participate in makeup masterclasses designed for Production Arts and Musical Theatre students, and apply for placement opportunities within the company.
A key highlight of the collaboration is a paid summer internship at indu HQ, where one student will gain hands-on experience in marketing, creative development, and production planning.
In addition, indu will donate £40,000 worth of skincare and cosmetic products, including refillable cleansers, moisturisers, and colour cosmetics, to support students across various artistic disciplines, such as theatre, film, dance, music, visual arts, and fashion.
This initiative follows indu’s recent Teen Athlete Sponsorship Programme, which saw the brand provide support to 13 up-and-coming young athletes. With projects across both the arts and sports, indu continues to explore ways to engage and empower teenagers in various fields.
