We are currently recruiting for a fast-growing, founder-led beauty brand specialising in haircare and body care. This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a dynamic and collaborative team, supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and influencer channels in a fully remote environment.

The team is collaborative, creative, and highly driven, with a clear emphasis on building brand presence and customer connection.
Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, this role supports the delivery of day-to-day marketing activity and wider campaign execution. The position offers strong exposure to all areas of marketing, including influencer collaborations, social media, events, and performance reporting, within a fast-moving beauty brand environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update marketing calendars across consumer, customer, and sales activity
- Assist with affiliate marketing channel management
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support campaign alignment and visibility
- Support execution of email marketing campaigns
- Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to inform marketing strategies
- Provide general administrative and project support across the marketing function
Influencer & Social:
- Support influencer outreach and relationship management across relevant sectors
- Assist in coordinating influencer collaborations and gifting activity
- Maintain and update influencer database
- Contribute ideas to social media content and campaigns
- Monitor and share social media trends and insights
Community & Events:
- Support planning and delivery of events and brand activations
- Assist with community management across social platforms
- Engage with audiences to support community growth
Reporting:
- Monitor campaign, launch, and event performance
- Compile reports and insights to support future marketing activity
Requirements:
- Experience within marketing, ideally in beauty or a related industry
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach
- Creative thinking with commercial awareness
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g. analytics, SEO, paid media) is advantageous
