CEW is an international organisation of 10,500+ individual members representing a cross section of beauty and related businesses.
Our membership represents the entire industry and includes brands (both established and new), retailers, media, investors, formulators, manufacturing, recruitment, packaging, legal, education and training and data and insight companies ensuring that CEW is able to connect, inform and support the members in their particular fields during their careers.
CEW’s purpose is to provide a comprehensive programme and large network that develop careers and knowledge of the beauty industry through industry leader talks, industry trend reports, newsletters and mentoring.
All UK members also have full access to the US site including all events, content and contacts in the US territory.

Each week members will receive our newsletter, and we can also fast track your messages to the CEW network via our platform.
CEW manages a varied programme of events for members through the year. From education and networking to recognition via our awards, our aim is to raise the profile of the British beauty industry and the businesses and talented executives within it.
Whether it’s an awards event or a one on one mentoring session, CEW membership puts you front and centre with industry leaders, fellow executives, brand founders and the influencers shaping the British beauty industry. The Young Executive Programme, launched in 2017, is specifically dedicated to members under the age of 35 – those who will shape the future of the industry. This programme focuses on professional skills and one to one mentoring and events are often run in smaller groups to maximise the opportunity to engage and learn.
