Finding myself in the beauty industry I look around at who was the industry expert I wanted to be recognised by, it soon became apparent it was CEW and that’s where I firmly set my bar.
Having an incredibly dedicated and capable team means I now able to work 80% on the business and 20% in it, this means I now get to do the fun stuff, like new product development, brand management and working on taking the brand forward. And, of course, being able to be 100% me.
Being able to make a difference to how people feel, building a brand community and engaging within that community.
Integrity, transparency and putting the customer at the forefront of every decision you make.
Walk Through Walls, a memoir by performance artist Marina Abramovic; she lays herself completely bare in every sense in her pursuit to understand who she is and what she stands for. I also adored Grayson Perry’s Portrait of the Artist as a Young Girl, in the book, Grayson explores what it was like growing up being the cuckoo in the family nest. Something I can 100% relate to.
