British skincare brand Skin Rocks has announced a strategic investment from Redrice Ventures and JamJar, with additional backing from Saffie Investments. The funding will support the brand’s next stage of growth, including product innovation, international expansion, and deeper community engagement.
Founded in 2022 by Caroline Hirons, a qualified aesthetician and prominent industry voice, Skin Rocks is known for its evidence-based formulations and direct, educational approach to skincare. The brand has quickly gained recognition in the masstige category for its science-led, transparent ethos.
Hirons remains majority shareholder and CEO, alongside Managing Director and shareholder Alexandra Forbes, ensuring continuity from the founding team.
“We’ve achieved extraordinary growth in just two years – a testament to our values, our team, and our incredible community” said Caroline Hirons. “Redrice and JamJar bring invaluable experience in scaling high-growth consumer brands, and we’re thrilled to have their support as we enter this next chapter.”
Redrice and JamJar are experienced backers of consumer brands, with portfolios including Deliveroo and Luna Daily. Their shared values around innovation and diversity were key factors in the partnership. JamJar strives to maintain a 50:50 gender balance within its investment team and is committed to placing diversity and equality at the core of its decision-making, aligning with Skin Rocks’ 90% female-led senior team.
“Skin Rocks is disrupting the beauty industry in all the right ways: cutting through noise, raising standards and making better skin a whole lot simpler. Caroline and Alex are the perfect mix of bold and brilliant, and we’re thrilled to be part of their next chapter.” said Jonathan Heilbron, Redrice Ventures.
This investment will help accelerate the brand’s product pipeline, professional offering, and international presence – all while staying true to its core values of education, efficacy, and trust.
