The Amplifying Women at Work Report by CEW partners 24 Seven provides a comprehensive overview of the current state of women in the workforce and highlights the challenges and opportunities faced by women, offering insights and a detailed look at how employers can bolster their female employees while providing the support and resources needed most.
To gather the insights found within the report, 24 Seven surveyed over 3,200 female professionals across the marketing, creative, technology, beauty, fashion, and retail sectors.
Key Findings
- 86% say they are either as stressed or more stressed than last year
- 72% of working mothers say having kids has led them to consider leaving a job for an opportunity that provides more flexibility
- 54% say their gender has played a role in being overlooked for a raise or promotion
- 35% say they’ve felt excluded from important meetings/conversations because of their gender
