Boots opens its second beauty-only store today at Cabot Circus Shopping Centre in Bristol, the first outside London.
• The latest concept store from Boots features more than 200 leading and emerging beauty and wellness brands, alongside complimentary beauty services, creating an unmissable shopping experience.
• The launch marks the latest step in Boots’ beauty transformation journey, following the successful opening of Boots Beauty at Battersea Power Station and the Boots Fragrance boutique at Broadgate Central.

Boots, the UK’s favourite beauty retailer, today opened its new beauty-only concept store in Bristol as part of the latest stage in its ongoing beauty transformation. Bringing together the very best of Boots’ beauty offering, the new Boots Beauty store showcases more than 200 leading and emerging brands across skincare, haircare, fragrance, cosmetics, premium beauty, wellness and electrical beauty. The store is the second of its kind and the first outside London, following the successful launch of the original Boots Beauty concept store at Battersea Power Station in December 2023.
The 11,000 sq ft store offers a reimagined retail environment featuring trend-led discovery edits, a dedicated wellness zone, exclusive high street ranges and immersive experiences designed to encourage customers to engage with beauty in an entirely new way. With Bristol rapidly becoming a hotspot for beauty, Boots Advantage Card data reveals that Bristol-based customers shop more frequently and spend more on beauty than customers in many other UK cities, particularly across skincare, fragrance and premium beauty. The store is therefore set to become a major beauty destination for customers across the South West.
Paul Niezawitowski, Beauty Director at Boots, said: “Boots is on a beauty mission! Our new store represents the next step in our transformation journey, giving us the perfect stage to showcase the best of Boots in one of the country’s most vibrant and creative cities. We are confident Boots Beauty will become Bristol’s number one beauty destination and be a must-visit for beauty lovers near and far.
“With a curated edit of over 200 brands, a specialist team and immersive experiences, we’re proud to be creating a space that not only showcases the very best in beauty, skincare, wellness and perfumery, but also makes it more accessible, inviting and inspiring for all.”
A key part of Boots’ beauty transformation has focused on refreshing its brand portfolio, with a commitment to offering customers the most in-demand and trend-led beauty brands. With 60 new and trending beauty brands launching at Boots last year, its brand accelerator programme, Boots Ignite, continues to bring emerging brands to shelves faster than ever before. Leading brands at Boots Bristol include One/Size, Wonderskin and Kylie Cosmetics, alongside brands never previously available at Boots, such as C-Beauty brand Flower Knows, as well as exclusive high street ranges. Shoppers in Bristol will also be the very first to touch, test, swatch and experience new-to-Boots brand P.Louise ahead of its wider launch on Friday 29 May. Founded by professional make-up artist and social media personality Paige Louise Williams, the beauty brand features a Lip Oil Creation Station where customers can create their own personalised product.
Following the launch of the highly successful Boots Fragrance boutique in London last year, the new Bristol store also includes a dedicated fragrance space where customers can explore a curated collection of niche and luxury scents, including Tom Ford Private Blend and BALMAIN. As Boots records K-Beauty sales growth of more than fivefold year-on-year, the store also features an extensive range of Korean skincare and haircare brands, including Beauty of Joseon, Anua and Medicube. Until 19 July, the store will host an interactive Korean and Japanese Beauty Airlines pop-up, featuring prizes and giveaways for customers.
Drawing on insights from the Battersea store, Boots Beauty Bristol also offers a range of complimentary expert services, from scalp health consultations to advanced skin imaging and analysis. Boots Beauty Crew members and Wellness Specialists are available to provide tailored, brand-agnostic product recommendations, alongside express make-up services. The Battersea store was also the first to introduce a dermatologist-trained pharmacist and, since launch, has provided thousands of personalised consultations on skin concerns and conditions free of charge. More than 790 Boots pharmacists nationwide have since completed advanced dermatology training and are now offering accessible clinical skincare support on high streets across the UK, including at Boots Beauty Bristol.
To celebrate the opening of Boots Beauty Bristol, a number of promotions and special offers will be available throughout the launch weekend. Customers will enjoy exclusive savings and can play the Boots Beauty Fruit Machine with any £20 purchase for the chance to win prizes. Boots Beauty is located on the lower ground floor of Cabot Circus, Unit 37, Broadmead, Bristol, BS1 3BF.
