Dermalogica has launched its PRO Community hub, a digital platform created by skin therapists for skin therapists—as part of its deepened commitment to education.
Going live this month across the UK and Ireland, the platform is poised to become the country’s largest network for professional skincare, enabling therapists to connect with peers in the industry.
Accessible through the Circle app and Dermalogica’s PRO site, the PRO Community allows members to engage in peer-to-peer advice, share expertise, and participate in discussions about topics ranging from ingredient innovation to treatment protocols and business growth strategies.
Cirsten Hannken, General Manager at Dermalogica, commented: “Our ambition for the community platform is to create the most connected professional skin care network in the industry – a space built by skin therapists, for skin therapists. Here, education, innovation, and peer-to-peer support come together to elevate our profession and empower every skin therapist to thrive.”
Key features of the hub include:
Peer-to-peer treatment and product advice
Expert-led discussions on cutting-edge skin science
Business insights to support professional growth
Career-focused networking opportunities
Dermalogica positions the PRO Community not simply as a knowledge hub, but as a long-term foundation for the future of professional skincare. There are plans to expand the platform to provide expert-led courses and host live events.
This launch underscores Dermalogica’s aim to remain the leading professional-grade skincare brand—not only by making products but by investing in the people who use them.
In conjunction with this rollout, the company is also making changes in leadership. Hollie Mills has been appointed as the new Sales Director for the UK and Ireland, succeeding Sally Penford, who is leaving after a 30-year tenure. Mills, who has already been working closely with Penford in recent years, will now carry forward her legacy, focusing especially on growth and support for Dermalogica’s professional community in the region
