On 11th December CEW welcome from QVC Alison Young, Beauty Expert Presenter and Alison Seabourne, External Business Manager for their final mentoring event of 2014.
Strong relationships are integral to all parts of the QVC business and they will share with us the ways they build connections with customers and the important role that brands play in this. With award winning customer service the QVC customer is very much at the heart of all activities and objectives.
As QVC’s Beauty Expert Presenter, Alison Young is the face of beauty for the discerning QVC customer and she will talk about establishing that one to one relationship, knowing who her customer is, the importance of offering honest advice, bespoke to the customers' needs and how essential it is for her to have an in depth knowledge of the products ahead of the shows.
At QVC there are many teams operating to ensure high standards are delivered whether that’s live on-air, on the website, in the UK based call centre, developing new Apps or seeking out the latest beauty find. The customer extends beyond the purchasing individual: QVC is a collaborative 360 business and views their brands and suppliers as additional customers, with a full circle linking back to the purchasing individual.
Leading the External Business team, Alison Seabourne will talk about the role her team plays in maintaining and building customer relationships. You will hear from her what QVC is doing to establish and nurture long term collaborative relationships with thousands of brand partners and suppliers.
