Key Responsibilities:

• Manage critical paths and oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery
• Create, track, and manage project budgets while facilitating cross-team collaboration
• Conduct market research on natural cleaning products and contribute to R&D planning
• Implement strategic product roadmap in alignment with business focus and values
• Identify potential blockers, proposing risk mitigation strategies to clear obstacles
• Optimise processes to improve communication and streamline development
• Contribute to project scope and process definition and strategic planning
• Stay updated on industry innovations and competitor landscape, sharing findings with the wider team

Candidate Requirements:

• A track record of juggling product development projects, and an understanding of development processes
• Commercial acumen; experienced in monitoring and managing budgets
• A gifted communicator, who responds well to change and enjoys finds creative solutions
• Able to translate market research insights into actionable ideas for products, promotions and more
