Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Management: Handle purchase orders and supplier component tracking.
• Supplier Relations: Manage vendor communications and relationship development.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and conduct regular reconciliation reviews.
• Logistics Coordination: Ensure timely delivery and develop shipping specifications.
• Reporting & Analysis: Create visibility tools and generate inventory insights.
• Cross-Functional Support: Facilitate communication and resolve operational challenges.

Candidate Requirements:

• FMCG Operations experience, including the retail sector, and ideally Sephora
• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and analytical skills
• An additional European language is a strong advantage
