In these unprecedented times, social channels are taking on a new level of significance and value. The more our physical connection and communities are limited, the more we are turning to, and relying on, social media to be informed, entertained, to escape, and to find comfort in community.
TCS performed a social media audit of brands across the fashion, beauty and lifestyle sectors, as well as holding discussions with social influencers and agents, in order to evaluate social media best practices during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on these insights, and pulling from additional industry resources, we have developed the following guidelines to help our clients engage effectively and appropriately with their communities, as well as with influencers’ communities during this uncertain period.
