At the tap of a button, customers can connect in real time through text, chat and video call with their fragrance experts in store, for a one-on-one virtual shopping experience.
With ecommerce sales expected to grow between 25-35% from November 2020 through January 2021, The Fragrance Shop is empowering its in-store experts with the Hero app to offer an elevated shopping experience to online customers, building deeper relationships with shoppers in the process.

In addition, The Fragrance Shop store teams can bring the conversation offline by scheduling in-person appointments with customers and arranging contactless curbside pickup.
