The conference will explore key industry themes including consumer behaviour, retail strategy, inclusivity and innovation, alongside practical workshops, roundtables and masterclasses led by leading experts.
Lola Maja, Head of Education for the conference, said: “My main priorities this year have been influenced around providing data and insights which play a key role in shaping the retail landscape. The decisions buyers and retailers rely on when sourcing new brands are built upon being ahead of the trends and knowing what consumers of all ages and cultural backgrounds truly want and need.”
She added: “Our conference programme has been curated to deliver engaging sessions from industry thought leaders and intelligence companies as well as experiences and conversations so that all our visitors are empowered with valuable knowledge when they leave the show.”

This year’s programme features contributions from organisations including Circana, NielsenIQ, TikTok, HABIA, COPRA, The Department for Business and Trade and CEW UK, alongside leading industry figures and founders.
The wider expo will include dedicated zones such as Textures of Hair, a global luxury fragrance showcase, and The Discovery Hub for emerging UK brands.
