TONI&GUY Global Group today announces a significant evolution in its ownership structure and leadership. TONI&GUY, the internationally recognised professional hairdressing brand founded in 1963, is now under the majority ownership and full voting control of Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck at both Board and shareholder level. LABEL.M, the professional haircare brand co-founded by Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck and her father, Toni Mascolo, is now wholly owned and fully controlled by Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck.

Together, these developments establish a unified leadership structure across both businesses, providing greater clarity of direction and a strengthened platform for long-term global growth. Founded in London by brothers Toni and Guy Mascolo, later joined by Anthony and Bruno Mascolo, TONI&GUY has grown from a single salon into one of the most influential names in professional hairdressing worldwide.
Built on a foundation of creativity, education and entrepreneurial spirit, the Mascolo family has played a defining role in shaping the professional hair industry. Under Toni Mascolo’s leadership, the business pioneered and expanded the franchise model, enabling TONI&GUY to develop into a global network of salons, academies and partnerships, creating opportunities for thousands of hairdressers around the world.
“This is both a deeply personal and incredibly exciting moment,” said Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck. “We are honouring everything that has made TONI&GUY what it is today, while setting a clear course for the future.”
“With over 35 years’ experience across every part of the business, I feel both a deep responsibility and a great privilege in leading its future. As majority shareholder of TONI&GUY Global Group and owner of LABEL.M, I have a clear vision: to build on our heritage while evolving into a more connected, innovative and digitally integrated global business.”
“This isn’t simply the next chapter – it’s the new book. We are building on an extraordinary foundation to create a more integrated, agile and future-ready organisation, one that continues to lead the industry globally.”
As the Group moves forward under this unified leadership, Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck has outlined a clear strategic vision: to grow the global professional hair sector by building on some of the industry’s most influential hair and product brands; championing creativity and excellence in education; creating a unified digital ecosystem; delivering long-term profitable growth through elevated salon experiences; and fostering a high-performance culture, while drawing on the Group’s legacy to inspire and empower future generations.
