It’s that time of the year again when we ask you to put forward your nominations for this year’s CEW Digital Innovation and CEW Young Achiever Award recipients. This year the awards will be back at the Rosewood Hotel on Monday 29th November – please save the date, tickets will be available shortly.
Nominees should be put forward by CEW members, and of course, you may also nominate yourself or your own business or business initiative. If you are nominating for the Young Achiever Award, please be aware the nominee must be a Young Executive member of CEW aged 35 years or under. Both of these coveted awards are judged by an independent panel of industry experts.

The past eighteen months has seen a significant acceleration in the need for businesses to adopt the best use of digital and tech to thrive in the current climate. For the 8th consecutive year, this award is sponsored by and in partnership with Google, who are looking for businesses that continue to innovate in digital technology to meet the growing expectations of the modern beauty consumer.
Last year’s recipient was Trinny London who in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, was one of the first brands to pivot to completely digital consultations where customers could virtually join a makeup artist to run through their Match2Me selection and application process.
As part of our popular Young Executive Programme, we launched our Young Achiever Award in 2018 via which we are delighted to recognise rising stars from across the industry at this annual event.
Since the launch of The CEW Young Achiever Award we have had three incredible winners, Lorna Radford, Managing Director, Enkos Developments Ltd, Ayah Mufleh, Founder and CEO, Ishimmer Lashes and Laura Tudor, Founder of CENTRED who have very different roles within the industry but all of whom display entrepreneurial talent, creativity and tremendous determination to make a difference.
