Key Responsibilities

• NPD project management and execution across all phases
• Oversee the development and sourcing of products, packaging and associated materials
• Manage supplier relationships, specifications, pricing, and quality assurance processes
• Handle documentation requirements, including technical info and compliance filings
• Coordinate and manage external programs and timelines
• Supervise creative teams, workloads, and marketing deliverables

The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, with a proven ability to multitask, solve problems, and maintain keen attention to detail.
